This includes actions and statements on the part of the registered party, that MAY have even the slightest impact on the performance of the presenter and/or the experience of other attendees.

SEMINAR CANCELLATION POLICY

S Group reserves the right to cancel ANY seminar, up to 30 days prior to the event, if there is an insufficient number of registratants required for S Group Inc. to successfully conduct the seminar. In the event a seminar is cancelled, attendees will receive a full refund of their seminar registration. S Group Inc. will not be responsible for any losses related to travel, lodging, rental cars, or any other expenses related to the seminar.

REFUND POLICY

100% Refunded IF a refund request made by 6:00 PM CST 45 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.

50% Refunded IF a refund request made by 6:00 PM CST 30 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.

25% Refunded IF a refund request made by 6:00 PM CST 10 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.

0% Refunded IF a refund request made LESS THAN 10 DAYS PRIOR
TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMINAR FOR WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED.

S Group Inc. will not be held responsible for any fees incurred relating to cancellations due to serious weather or acts of god. In the event that S Group Inc. must cancel a seminar, the seminar fee will be refunded in full. S Group Inc. will not compensate attendees for travel-related expenses (flight, hotel, car rental, etc.).
